Our team has developed an arrangement with Executive Fantasy Hotels (EFH) that has allowed us to effectively serve as the hotel chain’s marketing department. Our team’s assigned objective has been to raise awareness and rental rates at the four-location, adult-themed hotel chain, while also changing perceptions about the hotel among married couples.
The Chispa Marketing team has met these objectives by developing promotional concepts and strategies for advertisements and social media, as well as eblasts and promotional campaigns. In addition, the Chispa Marketing team coordinates the production of the hotel’s promotional video series. Our team has branded the chain in a more consistent manner, utilized databases to develop new streams of communication, and begun the process of reforming perceptions of the hotel through the execution of a candid social media strategy.
The results? Chispa Marketing has been able to drive an increase in reservations at the hotel locations surrounding the ‘It’s Okay to Come Inside’ ad campaign, and we increased the EFH Facebook fan page from 690 to 1,300 + in just three months. In addition, the first series of videos that we helped to promote through social media, eblasts and other means, have drawn more than 2,000 total views in less than four months. In addition, the free ‘Fantasy’ CD promotion we developed has broadened the exposure of EFH to local adult-themed stores and local pole dancing studios.

LeJeune Upholstery is a custom furniture shop for interior designers and architects that has been family owned and run for 40 years. LeJeune wanted to expand its services and designs to the general consumer and did so with the creation of the LeJeune Studio website. This site is an addition to the company’s website that Chispa Marketing also designed and programmed. LeJeune Studio is tailored to customers who want to place non-custom furniture orders and choose from a list of pre-selected swatches and designs.
Chispa Marketing also has invigorated LeJeune Upholstery’s business branding, showroom video production, and SEO for both websites.
Chispa Marketing was contracted nearly five years ago to manage the widely exposed and wildly popular ‘I Am MDC’ campaign for Miami Dade College (MDC). MDC uses this campaign as a way to bring awareness to the possibilities that exist for students who enroll. In addition, the ads create a connection between alumni and the South Florida community, showing just how deeply entrenched the school is in this area. Through Chispa Marketing’s efforts, the campaign has improved perceptions about the college in the face of heavy competition from Florida International University and the University of Miami, both in the eyes of potential students as well as the community at large. It has also reconnected and reengaged the school’s alumni and showcased the success they’ve had as a result of their education there.
By utilizing our extensive networks within the community, our team has recruited and showcased nearly 1,500 successful MDC alumni during our time as the managers of the campaign. It’s a major branding experience and Chispa Marketing’s expertise and connections have been paramount to the ongoing success of the campaign.

Our goal in supporting the Voices for Children Foundation was to produce media results for the Voices for Children’s Forgotten Children campaign. As part of the campaign, supporters marched down Biscayne Boulevard to raise awareness of the current challenges in our foster care system. Chispa Marketing raised awareness for the campaign by developing press angles, and researching human interest stories to write and distribute to the media. The team also disbursed campaign press releases, scheduled media interviews with key foundation personnel and created social media marketing initiatives for the cause.
