The Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau (GMCVB) is a private, not-for-profit sales and marketing organization. It is a private-public partnership with more than 1,000 private business members and four local governments: Miami-Dade, City of Miami Beach, City of Miami and the Village of Bal Harbour.
Assignment:
In 2011, GMCVB approached our team to help support its awareness raising efforts for the organization’s monthly themed months, which include Miami Music Month, Miami Attractions Month, and more.
Solution:
The Chispa Marketing team developed ideas and coordinated event logistics for large-scale ‘marketing stunts,’ similar to flash-mobs, that helped GMCVB gain awareness among South Florida residents while also generating publicity for the themed months, as well.
